Open Positions

Wolfersberger, LLC is currently seeking well-qualified individuals to fill the following open positions:

We have an opening for an assistant district manager. The community manager will manage the daily operations of a portfolio of metro district clients. Responsibilities will include serving as the principal advisor to boards of directors on matters of policy, financial and operational matters. The manager will be expected to prepare semi-monthly board reports and presentations and attend semi-monthly board meetings. Responsibilities will also include managing phone calls, emails and other communitcations from homeowners, board members and district contractors in a timely manner and ensuring adequate follow-up and resolution of concerns or issues.

Qualified candidates will posses the following skillset: 

Customer service skills. Manages difficult situations diplomatically and is continually focused on providing superior service to board members, district contractors and homeowners. Solves problems/concerns to the satisfaction of the client while being careful to not to overstep authority, rules or limitations. Responds to emails and voicemails in a timely manner.  Skilled with managing and controlling personal emotions.

“Can-do” attitude and team player.

Meeting management skills. Prepares well for client board meetings.  Conducts and manages well-organized and timely board meetings.  Manages contentious meetings judiciously. Collaborates with client board members in developing well-organized board meeting agendas.

Writing skills. Able to take notes and draft accurate board meeting minutes that will be made available for public review. Able to draft resolutions and policies (with oversight from client's legal counsel). Able to draft newsletters and notices under the direction of the client board.

Covenant enforcement skills. Evaluate inspection data submitted by neighborhood inspectors to ensure such inspections comply with the covenant guidance and policies established by client boards. Authorize and distribute covenant violation letters to homeowners. Able to manage in a diplomatic, respectful manner homeowner communications/complaints regarding violation notices. Able to work with both homeowners and board members to develop reasonable solutions to address and correct identified violations.  Assist client boards with developing, revising and refining covenant guidance and policies.  Assist client boards with developing and implementing appropriate two-way communication with homeowners regarding covenant enforcement expectations.

Colorado laws and regulations applicable to HOA and metropolitan districts. Working knowledge of Title 1 (“Elections”), Title 7 (“Corporations and Associations), Title 32 (Special Districts) and Article 33.3 of Title 38 (“Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act”) of the Colorado Revised Statutes. District managers are expected to participate in periodic training each year to develop their knowledge and understanding of Colorado laws applicable to HOAs and metropolitan districts.

Technology Skills.  Experience using property management software (e.g. Tops, C3, Village Management Software, Caliber, Jenark). Comfortable using Microsoft office (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Publisher). Comfortable using Sharepoint for document management and Microsoft Outlook for email management.

 

Quailified candidates will posses the following minimum experience:

Four-year undergraduate degree

Prior experience in business administration, management or public administration

Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping or similar experience

Able to attend evening board meetings during the week

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

We have an opening for a front desk receptionist position. The position requires answering phones and responding to emails Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm (timeframe includes a one-hour lunch break).

Responsibilities for this position include the following:

  • Answer the phones with proper phone etiquette and transfer calls to correct employees.
  • Greet visitors in a professional manner.
  • Solid customer service attitude and team player
  • Scan incoming mail daily and distribute to the appropriate employees and client contractors
  • Managing weekly employee calendars and location reports using Microsoft Outlook.

Technology Skills (Comfortable using the following software)

  • Property management software (e.g. Tops, C3, Village Management Software, Caliber, Jenark).
  • Microsoft office (e.g. Word, Excel and Publisher)
  • Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • SharePoint

Qualified candidates will posses the following experience:

Minimum 2 years office administration experience.

Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred (but not required)

Ability to work in the office 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday
